I am Tatum, owner of MMD!
Over the last 10 years I have had the absolute privilege of planning, designing, and coordinating beautiful weddings and events for the most incredible clients. Planning your events combines my love for logistics, interior and spatial design, and helping people celebrate the special moments in life!
When I am not creating timelines, managing vendors and curating rentals, I am in mom mode, which is my favorite job ever. I have two incredible daughters, Beckett and Blair. I have been married to my husband, Luke, for over 10 years now (we renewed our vows in Vegas in 2025)! I value my marriage so much and it brings me joy to watch couples make the same kind of commitment.
In my free time you will find me out to eat or at the movies with my husband or as a family outing, reading a new book series, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, traveling or game nights with friends.

I started with Tatum and Make My Day Planning in 2018 and have been so excited and grateful to work with amazing couples all over Northeast Florida and Georgia (so far)! I truly enjoy making brides and grooms feel amazing and relaxed on their special day, and working with MMD has been a dream come true.
I have a Bachelors Degree from Jacksonville University in International Business and Masters from University of London in International Development and Human Rights. I've lived in Jacksonville for the past 18 years, with a few breaks here and there, and love talking up our city and surrounding areas!
also own a mobile bar, Clink + Sip. It is a modern black and white bar that can be pulled to any event! My love for good cocktails inspired me to start this biz.

I began my career in the events industry in 2011 after graduating from Florida State University (go Noles!) with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising & Product Development. Over the last decade I have gained experience serving as a catering manager, venue manager and event planner. I have worked on a range of events from product launches to fundraisers to weddings and I look forward to the next step in my career at Make My Day.
My husband Rob and I met through mutual friends while at FSU and married in 2015 after he completed his PhD in Economics. I am originally from Atlantic Beach and we are glad to be back at the beach after living in Tallahassee and Pensacola. We just welcomed (or “are about to welcome” depending on when you add this to the website) our first daughter and have two adorable and energetic rescue dogs, Max and Oliver.
I have a passion for events and look forward to helping you plan your big day!
