Wedding Favors Your Guests Will Love

It is the end of the night at the wedding and your guests are leaving and take a wedding favor - you want it to be something that they are excited about, right?? The biggest thing I hear from brides is "I want to do something that they will actually use" Well, that is a good place to start. Here are a few fun options that my past brides have done or that I have seen that I think make great wedding favors.

Great Wedding Favor Ideas

Olive Oils, Jams, Syrups, etc:I love seeing these items because they make such a cute display at the wedding. You can pull in some local businesses like Maple Street or you can just use your favorite and create custom labels. When I see these at my weddings I definitely make sure I can grab one and your guests will just love it!

Coffee or Food:I am actually not a coffee drinker, but I know guests get super excited about seeing coffee as wedding favors. You can package it up super cute and then they can enjoy it the next morning. Also, food is always a great option for those of you who think favors are silly. A late night snack can be the perfect wedding favor as guests are leaving!

Custom Wine Openers: So, I am that person who is always looking for wine openers or bottle openers and you can order some super cute openers as wedding favors. I had a bride who gave everyone wine openers that were shaped like actual wine bottles and it had their names and wedding date on it. They also put them inside little travel tote bags!  It is something useful that guests can use and think about your wedding every time they pull it out of their drawer.

Season Specific Items:If you are getting married in the winter, favors like blankets are a cute option or in the summer fun sunglasses might woo your guests. I know that my husband has several inexpensive pairs of sunglasses that he wears when he doesn't want to ruin his name brand ones and you literally can never have too many blankets.

Koozies: I know some people are over the Koozie trend, but not me! I love them, I collect them, I have hundreds and I get so excited when a bride and groom choose to do them. I love pulling out a random Koozie to use on my Dr. Pepper cans and when I pull out one from a wedding I remember all the fun memories! Not to mention, they are a super inexpensive option.

Wedding Favor Ideas

Custom and amazing smelling soaps: Whether it is a bottle or a soap bar I think this is a really unique and useful option. Guests can use this in their homes after the weddings and again another pretty display option. Everyone has to wash their hands, so soap it is!

I love wedding favors - they are just a fun way to show some more personality at your wedding. Get creative when selecting what you want to spoil your guests with - I hope these options spark some interest or help you think of something special and unique to you.
